RAFAEL GARCIA AVILA, Director
Rafael teaches Math at Valley Oak High School and is celebrating his 21st year teaching in the NVUSD. Rafael has been a loyal volunteer for Teacher Resource Center of the North Bay for several years at Safeway Open, Movie Nights and helping every semester at TRCNB’s warehouse. Rafael loves playing and walking with his dogs Pi and Cooper!
STACY EICHNER, Director
A Napa native, Stacy attended NVUSD schools, earned a BA in child development, a CLAD Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and an EMT Certification. She currently teaches 6 th grade Math, World History and Art at River Middle School. Stacy and husband Josh share two amazing sons ages 10 and 12. Hobbies include gardening, camping, hiking and loyal support as a life-long fan of the San Francisco Giants!
COURTNEY GARCIA, Interim Executive Director
Courtney is a Los Angeles native but has lived in Northern California since 2003. She earned her degree at California State University Chico and was an educator in the Napa Valley for 15 years. Courtney brings experience as an elementary school teacher and Lead Negotiator and Director of Human Rights for the Napa Valley Educators Association
ROBIN LaBRIE-JACKSON, Director
Robin is the owner of Mira and Associates, Inc. She wears many hats as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, Tax Preparer, and Auditor to name a few. She also is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor consultant specializing in setup, training/seminars, payroll and offers phone and remote access consultations. She has an MBA with an emphasis on Behavioral Science and is currently completing her Doctorate in Business. Her thesis is on successful behavior and human choice as applied to business. She has started and owned several companies, founded a non-profit organization and has consulted and continues to work with many non-profit organizations.
JENNA STEWART, Director
Jenna, a Napa native, earned her BS in Nursing and an MA in Health Education, along with various certifications in health related fields. Jenna is currently employed by the University of California, San Francisco, where she is Health Education Program Specialist for the California Poison Control System. Through her work she develops, coordinates, and implements the poison prevention education and awareness program for California, while also developing information campaigns to disseminate poison prevention education and awareness programs. Jenna is eager to support TRCNB as an active board member bringing her specialized training in grant writing to the table.
SARAH VREEBURG, Director
An Orange County native, Sarah received her BS in Human Biology from University of Southern California and her Masters in Education from Southern Methodist University in Texas. While in Dallas, Sarah taught high school Physics, Environmental Systems, and a hospitality/culinary career prep program as a Corps Member of Teach for America. She enjoyed coaching JV and Varsity basketball and softball, while also serving as a campus testing coordinator and head of her department. Upon moving to Napa, Sarah enjoyed several years working in winery hospitality and marketing before finding her way to pharmacy school, where she is currently pursuing her PharmD degree.
