Board of Directors

Sarah Aguilar, Director

An Orange County native, Sarah received her BS in Human Biology from University of Southern California. While there she served as President of Delta Gamma, was a Peer Leadership Consultant and ran an after-school sports program for underserved local students and taught classes at their school. Sarah received her Masters in Education from Southern Methodist University while teaching high school Physics and Environmental Systems full time with the Dallas-Forth Worth Corps of Teach for America. During this high school experience, Sarah also developed a joint hospitality/culinary career prep program, coached JV and Varsity basketball and softball and served as department head. Moving to Napa, Sarah learned that California and Texas have no reciprocity with teaching credentials. She therefore took a position with the Far Niente Family of Wineries (Far Niente, Nickel and Nickel, Dolce, EnRoute, Bella Union) in hospitality and is now in the Marketing Department. In her spare time, Sarah spends time with fiancé Sean, corgi pup Chloe, training for a race, reading, wine tasting with friends and seeking volunteer opportunities.

DAVE ROBERTSON, Director

A friend of Dave’s once quipped that his resume “looked like a Berlin road map – all over the place.”

Needless to say his background has been as varied and widespread as the number of places he’s lived. After ending a decade in marketing firms and ad agencies, most recently the strategic firm Glennie Stamnes, he pursued his love of the outdoors by moving to a small mountain town and becoming a ski instructor. Hunting around for something to fill his summer non-skiing months he was directed to the local volunteer fire department. From that humble beginning, Dave launched himself into a fire career that eventually led him to becoming a captain as well as a paramedic school and fire academy training officer. Though an incredibly fulfilling career it’s physical toll sent Dave an early retirement. Not one to sit still, he moved onto the hospitality industry, where is currently becoming as the Director of Hospitality for the Napa Valley Film Festival and an event producer for Live In The Vineyard/Yountville Live. Dave is currently the Director of Operations at Feast It Forward, an online lifestyle and food network.

Dave brings a solid foundation of marketing acumen, high level customer service, and a lifelong study of leadership to the TRCNB table and is truly excited at the possibilities this new venture will present.
